Administrator House was built in 1925 for Alliance Assurance and is a rare example of stripped classical British design by architect Basil Hooper. It was restored in 2023 and received the New Zealand Architecture Award – Heritage Category.

Administrator House is a blank canvas venue. Furniture, AV equipment, and décor can be hired separately, and we are happy to assist with arranging these for your event.

While Administrator House does not have on-site parking, there are several parking facilities nearby, including public car parks and street parking.

We kindly ask that all amplified music be turned off by 10:30 PM, in line with Auckland City Council regulations.
