About the Artist

Vlad Vasylkevych is a Ukrainian photographer celebrated for capturing the country’s rich cultural and natural heritage. Over five years, he journeyed across Ukraine, documenting its stunning landscapes and historical landmarks before the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022.

His acclaimed book, "1,000,000 Bombs Before," preserves these breathtaking images of Ukraine prior to the devastation, with proceeds supporting post-war reconstruction through the UNITED24 platform.

Vlad’s work has earned international recognition, including winning the prestigious Siena International Photo Awards (SIPA), a globally renowned competition honoring artistic and impactful photography. As part of the Siena Awards Festival, these awards celebrate exceptional contributions to nature, documentary photography, and global cultural awareness.

Public Exhibition

The exhibition will be open for public viewing from December 18–21 during regular gallery hours.

Proceeds from the photo book and charity auction will support Ukraine's post-war recovery efforts.
